७४५ पालिकाको मतगणना सम्पन्न
देशका ७५३ पालिकामध्ये ७४५ वटाको मतगणना सम्पन्न भएको छ । मतगणना सम्पन्न भएका पालिकाहरुमध्ये सबैभन्दा बढीको प्रमुख तथा अध्यक्षमा नेपाली कांग्रेसका उम्मेदवारी विजयी बनेका छन् ।
कांग्रेसपछि क्रमसः नेकपा एमाले, नेकपा (माओवादी केन्द्र), जनता समाजवादी पार्टी (जसपा), नेपाल, नेकपा (एकीकृत समाजवादी) र लोकतान्त्रिक समाजवादी पार्टी (लोसपा), नेपालले बढी पालिका जितेका छन् ।
निर्वाचन आयोगको पछिल्लो अपडेटअनुसार कांग्रेसले ३२५, एमालेले २०३, माओवादीले १२१, जसपाले ३०, एकीकृत समाजवादीले २०, लोसपाले १६ र अन्य दल तथा स्वतन्त्र उम्मेदवारले ३० वटा पालिकाको प्रमुख तथा अध्यक्ष जितेका छन् ।
हाल मतगणना भइरहेका सात वटा पालिकामध्ये ३ वटामा कांग्रेस, २ वटामा एमाले, एउटामा एकीकृत समाजवादी र एउटामा स्वतन्त्र उम्मेदवारको अग्रता रहेको छ ।
