हामीले बनाउने अधिकांश तरकारीमा आलु र टमाटरको प्रयोग धेरै नै हुन्छ । जे तरकारी बनाउनमा पनि पहिला आलु र दोश्रोमा टमाटर नभइनहुने बनिसकेको छ । टमाटरको विभिन्न परिकार बनाएर खान सकिन्छ । जसमध्ये थकाली परिकारमा आउने टमाटरको चटनी पनि एक हो । घरमा बसेको यो समयमा यसलाई यसरी मीठो बनाएर खानुहोस् ।

आवश्यक सामाग्री

–पाँच सय ग्राम टमाटर
–नुन र खुर्सानी धुलो आवश्यक अनुसार
–हरियो वा सुकेको खुर्सानी आवश्यकता अनुसार
–तीन खेस्रा लसुन
–टिमुरको धुलो एक चम्चा
–हरियो धनियाँ आवश्यकता अनुसार

बनाउने विधि

–चटनी बनाउनका लागि टमाटरलाई ४ पिस बनाएर काट्ने ।
–काटेको टमाटर भाँडामा राख्नुहोस् ।
–अब टमाटर माथि लसुन, सुर्खानीको धुलो र नुन राख्नुहोस् ।
– भाँडोलाई सानो आगोमा बसल्ने ।
–पाक्न सुरु भएपछि पन्युले चलाउँदै सानो आगोमा टमाटर नपाक्दसम्म पकाउने ।
– टमाटर पाकि सकेपछि केही समय चिसो हुन दिने ।
– पाकेको टमाटरलाई मिक्सर वा खलीमा टिमुरको धुलो र धनियाँ राखेर पिस्ने । यसरी रैथाने थकाली टमाटरको मीठो चटनी बनाउन सकिन्छ । यसलाई तपाईले खानासँग खान सक्नु हुन्छ ।
