नेपालीका छाला समस्या- यसरी बच्नुस्
छालामा देखिने धेरै किसिमका समस्याहरूलाई हामी नजरअन्दाज गर्दै आएका छौँ । तर मौसममा परिवर्तन आउने बित्तिकै शरीरमा पर्ने पहिलो प्रभाव भनेकै छालामा देखिने गर्छ ।
छालामा देखा पर्ने कुनै पनि किसिमको समस्यालाई हेलचेक्र्याँई गर्न नहुने छाला रोग विशेषज्ञ एवं काठमाडौं मेडिकल कलेजकी प्राध्यापक डा. सबिना भट्टराई बताउँछिन् । नेपालमा देखा परेका विभिन्न रोगहरू मध्ये छालामा देखिने समस्या पाचौँ स्थानभित्र रहेको छ ।
डा. भट्टराईका अनुसार छालामा दुई किसिमका रोगहरू देखा पर्ने गर्छ । एउटा सरुवा र अर्को नसर्ने किसिमका । अहिले नेपालीहरूको छालामा देखिने मुख्य समस्या भनेको छालामा सुख्खापन हुने, एलर्जी, चिलाउने र छाला फाट्ने नै प्रमुख देखिएको छ ।
ब्याक्टेरियाको सङ्क्रमणले जाडो र गर्मी दुवै मौसममा ठेउला, दादुरा, जनै खटिरा जस्ता समस्याहरू देखा पर्ने गरेको छ । यस्तै गर्मी मौसममा भने छालामा दाद, शरीरको कापामा सङ्क्रमण, सेतो दुभी र कपालमा चायाँ पर्ने समस्या नेपालीहरूमा बढी देखिने गरेको छ ।
छालाको नसर्ने रोगहरूमा अनुहारमा चायाँ पोतो, डन्डिफोर, डाबर, चिलाउने दाद आदी रोगहरू रहेका छन् ।
प्रायः जसो छाला चिलाउने र छाला सम्बन्धी अन्य समस्याहरूलाई आममानिसहरुले सामान्य रूपमा लिने गरेका छन् । तर छालामा देखा पर्ने यस्ता किसिमका समस्यालाई हेलचेक्र्याईं गरियो भने यसले हाम्रो शरीरमा जटिल समस्या उत्पन्न गराउन सक्छ डा. भट्टराई भन्छिन् ।

सुख्खापन
नेपालीहरूमा देखा पर्ने छाला सम्बन्धी समस्याहरूमा सुख्खापन हुनेको सङ्ख्या धेरै रहेको छ । छालामा सुख्खापन विभिन्न कारणले हुन्छ । यो शरीरमा भएको कुनै रोग वा लामो समयसम्म कडा साबुनको नियमित प्रयोगले गर्दा हुने गर्छ । यो समस्या वंशाणुगत पनि हुन सक्छ । उमेर ढल्किएसँगै पनि छालामा सुख्खा हुने समस्या देखिन सकिन्छ ।
एलर्जी
छालाको रोगसँग लड्ने क्षमता कम भएपछि एलर्जीको समस्या देखा पर्छ । यो समस्या हुँदा छाला रातो हुने, चिलाउने तथा दाग देखिनु छालामा एलर्जी भएको लक्षणहरू हुन् । कहिलेकाहीँ कीराहरूको टोकाइबाट पनि यस्तो किसिमको समस्या देखिन सक्छ ।

छालामा भाइरस, ब्याक्टेरिया र ढुसीको सङ्क्रमणले पनि रोग देखाउने गर्छ । यस्ता किसिमका जीवाणुको सङ्क्रमण भएमा छालामा लुतो पनि आउने गर्छ । घरपालुवा जनावरबाट पनि यो सङ्क्रमण सर्न सक्छ । छालाका रोगीसँग सम्पर्कमा आउँदा पनि यस्ता किसिमका रोगहरू सर्न सक्छ ।
