नयाँ भेरियन्टसहितको कोरोना भाइरसको सङ्क्रमण बढेसँगै गुर्जाेलगायत जडीबुटीबाट बनेको रोग प्रतिरोधी क्षमता वृद्धि गर्ने धूलोको माग बढ्न थालेको छ । कोरोनामा गुर्जोलगायत जडीबुटीले राम्रो गरेको अनुभव भएपछि धेरैको आकर्षण यसतर्फ बढेको हो ।

विसं २०७६ चैतमा नेपालमा कोरोना भाइरस भेटिएपछि नै मानव शरीरमा रोग प्रतिरोधी क्षमता वृद्धि गर्ने गुर्जाेलगायत जडीबुटी मिसिएको पोका निःशुल्क वितरण गर्दै आएका आन्तरिक राजश्व कार्यालयमा कार्यरत कमलबहादुर राजलवटले यसपटक पनि अभियानलाई तीव्रता दिएका छन् ।

हाल ४० जिल्लाका १२० स्थानबाट निःशुल्क गुर्जोलगायत करिब ६० जडीबुटी मिसिएको धूलो वितरण भइरहेको उनले जानकारी दिए ।
नेपालमा पहिलोपटक कोरोना देखिँदा आन्तरिक राजश्व कार्यालय लहानमा प्रमुख कर अधिकृतका रूपमा कार्यरत उनले त्यसबेलादेखि नै देशभर निःशुल्क जडीबुटीको धूलो वितरण शुरु गरेका हुन् ।

नेपालमा पहिलोपटक कोरोना देखिँदा आन्तरिक राजश्व कार्यालय लहानमा प्रमुख कर अधिकृतका रूपमा कार्यरत उनले त्यसबेलादेखि नै देशभर निःशुल्क जडीबुटीको धूलो वितरण शुरु गरेका हुन् ।

कार्यालय सरुवा भएर काभ्रेपलाञ्चोकको धुलिखेलमा आएपछि पनि उनले जडीबुटीको धूलो वितरणलाई निरन्तरता दिएका छन् । गुर्जोको मात्र धूलो वितरण गरेर अभियान शुरु गर्नुभएका राजलवटले कोरोनाको दोस्रो लहरका बेला ४८ जडीबुटीको धूलो बनाएर वितरण गरेका थिए ।

धूलोको माग बढ्दो
कोरोनाको तेस्रो लहर शुरु भएपछि भने उनले ५६ प्रकारका जडीबुटीको धूलो बनाएर निःशुल्क वितरण गर्न थालेका छन् । तेस्रो लहरको कोरोना छिटो फैलने र यसले परिवारका सबैजसो सदस्यलाई ग्रस्त बनाउन थालेपछि यसको माग अहिले उच्च छ ।

कार्यालय समयबाहेक बिहान र बेलुका जडीबुटीको धूलो बाँडेर नै बिताउने गरेका राजलवट कोरोनालगायत फ्लुजन्य रोगबाट बच्न जडीबुटीको धूलो प्रभावकारी भएको अनुभव सुनाउनुहुन्छ । एकपटक जडीबुटीको धूलो प्रयोग गरेकाले पटकपटक फोन गरेर थप धूलो मगाउने गरेका छन् ।

कुन–कुन जडीबुटीको प्रयोग हुन्छ धूलोमा

उनले धूलोको प्याकेटमा विभिन्न जडीबुटीको धूलोलाई मिक्स गरी बनाउँछन् । जसमा गुर्जो, तुलसी, असुरो, लेमनग्रास, कटीपत्ता, ज्वानो, मेथी, दालचिनी, तेजपात, हर्रो, बर्रो, अमला, ल्वाङ, अलैँची, टिम्बुर, मरिच, सुठो, बेसार, पिपला, अपमार्ग, सनईपत्ता, निपोध, निम, चिराइतो, बकाइनो, जेठीमधु, वायुविरिङ, चुत्रो, नागरमोथी, सुन्तलाको बोक्रा, अनारको बोक्रा, लज्जावती, पुनः नभा, अम्बापात, पारिजात पात, आँप पात, वर पात, पिपल, मेवा पात, बोझो, तितेपाती, रुदिलो, कालोजिरा, बेलपात, माझिम फल, जङ्गे हर्राे, सिमल फूल, पुदिना, ठूलो ओखती, अर्जुन छाल, धनियाँ, ब्राह्मी, कोइरालो, खयर, सयपत्री, गोदावरी गरी ५६ वटा जडीबुटीबाट बनेको धूलो बनाएर वितरण गरिएको छ ।

कोरोना सङ्क्रमित तथा रूघा, खोकी, ज्वरो, फ्लु रोगीमा रोग प्रतिरोधात्मक क्षमता अभिवृद्धिका लागि गुर्जोसहितको धूलो उपयोगी मानिने आयुर्वेदका चिकित्सक डा. वंशदीप शर्मा खरेल बताउँछन् । आयुर्वेद चिकित्सक तथा विज्ञको परामर्शमा तयार गरी यो धूलो वितरण शुरु गरिएको हो । आयुर्वेद चिकित्सक स्व. डा. ऋषिराम कोइराला, राष्ट्रिय आयुर्वेद अनुसन्धान तथा तालिम केन्द्र, कीर्तिपुरका कार्यकारी निर्देशक डा. रामआधार यादवलगायत चिकित्सकको सल्लाहमा यो धूलो तयार पारिएको अभियानकर्मी राजलवट बताउँछन् ।

कोरोना सङ्क्रमित तथा रूघा, खोकी, ज्वरो, फ्लु रोगीमा रोग प्रतिरोधात्मक क्षमता अभिवृद्धिका लागि गुर्जोसहितको धूलो उपयोगी मानिने आयुर्वेदका चिकित्सक डा. वंशदीप शर्मा खरेल बताउँछन् ।

कीर्तिपुरस्थित आयुर्वेद अनुसन्धान तथा तालिम केन्द्रमा आइसोलेसनमा राखिएका कोरोना पोजेटिभलगायतलाई गुर्जाेलगायत जडीबुटीकै सेवन गराउने गरिएको कार्यकारी निर्देशक यादवले सुनाए । यी केन्द्रमा बिहान बेलुका प्राणायाम, योग र ध्यानसमेत गराइन्छ । यो विधिबाट उपचार गर्दा बिरामी ठीक भएर फर्कने गरेको उनको भनाइ छ ।

हालसम्म करिब तीन लाखभन्दा बढीलाई गुर्जोका बिरुवा वितरण गरिएको उनले जानकारी दिए । त्यति नै सङ्ख्यामा गुर्जोबाट बनेको चिया र धूलो पनि निःशुल्क वितरण गरिएको छ । सार्वजनिक स्थलमा हुने कार्यक्रममा निःशुल्क गुर्जोको चियासमेत करिब पाँच लाख मानिसलाई खुवाइएको राजलवट बताउँछन् ।

गुर्जोका परिकारले कब्जियत हटाउने, तरोताजा एवं स्फूर्तिसमेत बढाउने सेवनकर्ताको अनुभव छ । यस्तै, महत्वको औषधि भएकाले एक घरमा अनिवार्य रूपमा एउटा गुर्जोको बिरुवा रोपे धेरै रोगका लागि औषधिको काम गर्ने, नियमित सेवनले मानव शरीरमा रोग प्रतिरोधी क्षमता बढ्ने आयुर्वेद चिकित्सक डा. खरेल बताउँछन् ।
